The RRB NTPC exam includes two Computer Based Tests (CBTs). The exam pattern for CBT 1 and CBT 2 is as follows:
CBT 1:
- General Awareness: 40 questions, 40 marks
- Mathematics: 30 questions, 30 marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions, 30 marks
- Total: 100 questions, 100 marks
CBT 2:
- General Awareness: 50 questions, 50 marks
- Mathematics: 35 questions, 35 marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 35 questions, 35 marks
- Total: 120 questions, 120 marks
Note: There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for each incorrect answer.
